Let me tell you a quick story about when I had a lot of knowledge about training for sports (something I was doing for myself), but I felt I wasn't getting equitable ROI from all my years in the game.
I was struggling with figuring out what I would do after basketball.
And I was getting more and more frustrated with the prospect of being just another former athlete with no prospects for my future.
You see, at the time I was trying to create a business outside of my playing career.
Then the bottom fell out from under me when my playing career was too up-and-down to rely on long-term.
Which meant I didn't know where I could make money steadily and reliably.
As you can imagine, I was very uncertain, but I wasn't ready to give up on my goal of generating revenue in new ways.
The problem I had was I didn't know how to turn my knowledge into revenue and I couldn't take what was in my head and turn that into something that people would pay for!
