So, first I tried just working HARDER. That didn't work at all
I even tried learning more tasks, so I could do more on my own, but that just plain sucked.
Then I tried finding people who were supposedly good at certain skills, and it worked a little better.
And that's when I finally tried getting perfectly clear on what I wanted done, and how I wanted it done.
And guess what? This time it worked!
And that's when I realized it wasn't my fault! I was failing because of the conditioning I'd been given that successful people are superheroes who do everything on their own. No wonder I was struggling.
For years they wanted you to believe that you need to become a superhero to succeed -- and when I figured out that it wasn't true, I was finally able to break out of those chains and get the results I deserved!
The real problem is the conditioning that successful people are superheroes who do everything on their own. THAT was what was keeping me employing others to handle menial to medium-sized tasks in my business!
Once I realized that delegation is a SKILL, that's when I started to understand how to employ others to handle menial to medium-sized tasks in my business really FAST!
